Well, it’s that time of year again when I am terribly bored
beyond belief and have incredibly too much time on my hands… at least in
comparison to the oh so hectic school year. It is summertime and I once again am working at the extremely desolate CSUSM Writing Center. Unfortunately, this
blog-post is not about one of my adventures abroad or even one of my cynical
tangents, but rather a post to inform you that I will most likely be posting in
the very near future.
The problem is that I am not entirely sure what I want to
write about. I could do a nice little wrap up of my semester abroad, but it’s
already been a few months, so in my eyes that ship has already sailed. I could
write about the PR internship I am going to be doing for the Fallbrook Film
Festival, but unfortunately that hasn’t started yet. I could always do a book
review about The Girl With the Dragon
Tattoo, or the Lord of the Ring trilogy
I plan on reading this summer, but chances are you all would rather plop down
on the couch and watch it on Netflix. In just a few short weeks a couple of my favorite Brits will be visiting, so that could provide for some interesting
material. I’m also 98% positive that I am investing in the stock market this
summer, but we will see how that goes. Long story short, I fully intend on
continuing to write in my blog this summer… if only I had something to write
about…
